Fabrik Analytics
From £5,000 a month
Built to be judged on contribution.
Built and run as one discipline inside Growth Studio™, briefed against your merchandising plan rather than a channel target.
Every discipline reports on the same numbers, against the same margin targets. Nothing here is run as an isolated channel.
Fifteen years of buying media for fashion.
How we run it.
One Live View Across Every DTC Channel
Fabrik Analytics connects Shopify, Meta, Google, and Klaviyo into a single live view of DTC performance. Revenue, spend, returns, and margin sit in one place rather than across four separate dashboards that never quite agree.
This is a DTC tool. It covers the direct channels: ecommerce, paid social, paid search, and email. Wholesale sits outside this view by design.
SKU Scoring Across the Catalogue
Every product in the catalogue is scored and assigned a tier: Hero, Growth, Maintain, Liquidate, Dormant, or Exclude. The scoring runs on live sales data, margin contribution, and inventory position.
Brands stop guessing which products to push and which to wind down. The data makes that call explicit, and the merchandising and media plan follows from it.
Creative Performance Benchmarked Against Margin
Ad creative is tracked at the asset level and benchmarked against margin contribution, not ROAS. An ad that drives high revenue on a low-margin product is not performing well. An ad that drives modest revenue on a high-margin Hero SKU may be the most valuable asset in the account.
This distinction only becomes visible when creative data and product margin data sit in the same view.
Marketing Calendar as the Operating System
The marketing calendar runs alongside live DTC data. Every channel, email, paid media, organic, and on-site promotion, is planned in coordination so timing decisions are visible across the whole picture before they are made.
When a campaign goes live, the impact is visible in context. When performance shifts, the calendar shows what else changed at the same time.
Full P&L Visibility, Your Numbers Your Way
Custom cost inputs, fulfilment fees, returns rates, and overheads are built into the view so the margin number reflects the real business, not a platform's version of it. Finance teams can reconcile against what they see here.
The goal is not a marketing dashboard. It is a live operating view of DTC performance that a founder, a CFO, and a media buyer can all read from the same screen.
Attribution you can trade on.
Our own platform, and an official Shopify app. Free to use, and free to keep.
It is why paid social is priced against margin rather than revenue, and why every Growth Studio™ discipline reports on the same numbers instead of arguing over whose ROAS is right.
Margin at SKU level
COGS against spend, so the scorecard decides which products get protected budget.
New customer contribution
Acquisition separated from retention, so paid social is not credited with repeat revenue.
Seasonality baselines
GCC trading cycles and consumer confidence, so a quiet month is read correctly.
Cross-channel view
Paid social beside search, email and Shopify performance on one dashboard.
What the retainer covers.
Fabrik have your back.
Live inside two weeks.
No three-month discovery phase. Campaigns are rebuilt and spending against your merchandising plan inside the first fortnight.
Fabrik Analytics, one of twelve.
Separate teams on separate briefs means every channel defends its own number. One brief, one P&L, and nobody optimising at another channel's expense.
Growth Studio™ is Fabrik's integrated commercial model for fashion and footwear brands at £2m+. It brings digital marketing, content and media, Shopify Plus and wholesale under one team, one brief and one invoice.
Most fashion brands at £2m+ are managing three or four agencies and getting contradictory reporting, no joined-up strategy and no single point of commercial accountability. Growth Studio™ removes that entirely. One Client Strategy Director owns your full commercial agenda. Every specialist executes under one brief, one P&L.
The incentive model is different, too. As your growth increases, a quarterly bonus pool is created and distributed across the delivery team. The team is incentivised to grow your revenue, not protect a retainer.
One team. One brief. One invoice. Working with fashion, footwear and sports brands at £2m+ across the UK, EU and the Middle East. From £5,000/month.
