Fifteen years of building for fashion.
How we run it.
Built for fashion and footwear, not generic ecommerce
Navigation is designed around how fashion customers actually shop: by gender first, then by category and product type. Menswear and womenswear collections sit as separate destinations with separate URLs from the initial build.
That is not just a UX decision. It is a paid media requirement. Every Meta campaign for a gendered product needs to land on a gendered page. A mixed-gender homepage as a paid landing page dilutes the creative precision the brand spent money creating and breaks the purchase path the customer was on when they clicked.
PDPs built to reduce returns, not just look good
Size guides, material details, fit notes, and on-model lifestyle imagery are structured to reduce return rates as much as to persuade.
For womenswear, fit information and imagery that shows how a piece looks across different proportions are conversion factors, not styling decisions. A customer who cannot picture how a garment will fit her does not buy, or buys and returns. Both outcomes cost the brand. Footwear needs construction angles alongside on-foot shots. A flat product image on a white background does not answer the questions that determine whether a customer commits.
Speed and Core Web Vitals as commercial priorities
A one-second delay in mobile LCP can reduce conversion rates by up to 7%. On fashion stores where hero images are typically 2-4MB unoptimised, that delay is often self-inflicted.
Theme builds are optimised for Core Web Vitals from the start. Image compression, lazy loading, and script deferral are built into the default setup, not added as afterthoughts when conversion rates disappoint.
Connected to the marketing calendar
Collection sort orders, homepage featured products, and promotional banners are all tied to the marketing calendar. When a drop lands or a restock goes live, the Shopify store reflects it automatically.
New products do not sit in a flat default sort order when they launch. The store architecture is built to surface what is current, what is high-margin, and what the paid campaigns are currently pointing traffic toward.
Integrated with paid media from build
Every store Fabrik builds connects directly to the Meta and Google feed infrastructure. Product titles, attributes, and category taxonomy are structured at build stage to meet feed requirements, not retrofitted after campaigns go live.
A store and a paid media account that are built together perform differently from a store that was built without reference to how the campaigns will be structured. The integration is not a feature, it is the starting point.
Attribution you can trade on.
Our own platform, and an official Shopify app. Free to use, and free to keep.
Margin at SKU level
COGS against spend, so the scorecard decides which products get protected budget.
New customer contribution
Acquisition separated from retention, so paid social is not credited with repeat revenue.
Seasonality baselines
GCC trading cycles and consumer confidence, so a quiet month is read correctly.
Cross-channel view
Paid social beside search, email and Shopify performance on one dashboard.
What the project covers.

Selected work.
Shopify, one of twelve.
Separate teams on separate briefs means every channel defends its own number. One brief, one P&L, and nobody optimising at another channel's expense.
